Kinzy Law is a small, focused Texas law firm based in West Lake Hills, just outside Austin. Founded by attorney Kyle M. Kinzy and licensed to practice law in Texas since 1997 and in Illinois since 1996, the firm has spent more than two decades serving individuals, families, business owners, ranchers, and international clients across a deliberately curated set of practice areas.

How We Practice

Our practice is multidisciplinary by design. We have handled immigration work since the late 1990s, business and commercial work for nearly as long, and estate planning, real estate, and litigation throughout that same period. Each of our core practice areas has more than 20 years of real experience behind it. The breadth is not a hedge — it reflects the reality that most clients have legal needs that cross multiple areas, and the firm is built to handle those connections rather than referring you to three other lawyers.

We are not a billboard-style, volume-driven firm. The named attorney handles the matter, knows the client, and makes the strategic decisions. We are selective about the matters we take on, because we cannot be helpful to everyone, and we would rather tell you that up front than fail you later.

Who We Serve

Over the course of his career, attorney Kyle Kinzy has represented clients from more than 80 countries. That range has shaped how the firm works: we are built for cross-cultural and multilingual representation, particularly for South Asian, Latin American, and other international communities with U.S. legal needs. As an experienced Austin immigration lawyer practice, we routinely handle matters where immigration, business, and estate planning intersect.

We work with clients in English, Spanish, Hindi, and Urdu. Attorney Kinzy is personally fluent in English and Spanish (se habla español); the broader team serves clients in Hindi and Urdu through team members and contracted interpreters.

Where We Work

From our office in West Lake Hills, Texas, we serve clients throughout the Austin metropolitan area and across rural Texas. Attorney Kinzy is licensed to practice in Illinois (since 1996) and continues to serve clients with matters in the Chicago metropolitan area, particularly federal immigration and federal litigation matters. The firm does not maintain a physical office in Illinois; Illinois clients are served from our Texas office. Federal immigration practice is available nationwide and worldwide.
